Greetings,
We need a company/team that can create a single view on both iOS and Android platforms, and a backend page with ability to control said views. We also want a single nodejs api endpoint to transfer data.
We're doing this as a trial run to find a good company/team for long term work.
Goal:
We need a view for our fair/summit/conference app where we'll be able to define booths and other places of interests automatically from a web interface, and it'll show natively on both iOS and Android.
So what we imagine to do is to able able to dynamically change floor plan of an event in our app.
Scope:
1) Web Backend
This backend view(s) must be coded in PHP with CodeIgniter framework. Any other frameworks or pure PHP implementations are not accepted.
This backend should allow us to define:
1) Booths with custom size
2) Points of interest (just like booths) like information, WC, Meet point vs with custom icons for each.
3) Dynamic booth image and background change. We should be able to upload a base floor plan and draw/create those booths on top without a problem.
4) Booths should have following attributes, booth no, logo, active/passive toggle, section (for flexibility and indoor location).
5) Attendees attached to booths (you can just leave a fk_attendee_id on your data structure for us)
Booth draw/create should be done in JQuery with a simple but effective interface. Resize and move are two functions that are critical
Web Service
We need a web service endpoint coded in nodeJS. A single endpoint like /floorplan with a JSON output is perfectly ok for us.
iOS and Android Apps
We envisioned this as a single view that is natively implemented for above mentioned platforms. It'll show floor plan with boots and information (booth no and attendee icon). Booths should be clickable (we'll segue to an attendee detail view).
No HTML5 web views please.

We understand you you need us to create a web application where you will be able to create floor map for booths on the uploaded background image( the image we thing is the map of whole place of the event).
On the uploaded image you want to add some other points (point of interest).
Information such as number of attendees related to each booth need to be saved such
The floor plan will be kept saved and we need to make a webservice in nodejs that will provide the floor plan to the App.
As you need us to make the WebApp using jquery and you don't want to use HTML5 canvas we need to develop the application using jquery + svg.
We might use the OpenFloorPlan editor for this project.
You want us to develop the native app in Android and iOS. Do you have any screen design, how will be the user interface for the mobile apps?
Will there be any authentication system for the mobile apps.
We will develop the system based on codeigniter framework.
Please tell explain in details about the Booths attributes - booth no, logo, active/passive toggle, section and where you want those? Do you want those on the floor plan or there will be the details page for Booths those will display the Booth information.
