Computer vision expert with Deep Learning experience on mobile platforms seeked

We require a skilled experienced person to build custom mobile platform for Facial/object recognition Requirements: - to build a mobile platform that can be called from an API on mobile OS platforms to recognise: face, objects, signs. -create the ability to identify objects applying deep learning and highlight boundary of such objects before applying recognition of the object - to create the ability to classify objects according to our pre-defined requirements using mathlab or similar and export all object datato Database format we specify -create ability to calculate and display height, width, length and / or volume and display this data as overlaty or in report on screen or export such data -create ability to output information to email, another app Requirements for mobile platforms so API and calls from IOS as Objective C and / or Supported calls from within Android studio / (C, C# code) NOTE: This is custom project and all design, code and IP is to remain with our company NDAs required to be signed before commencement Pricing is negotiable with right skilled and experienced person.
