Past Experience:- I have made similar, in fact, far more complex android apps in the past and at present I am developing an android app for primary education for the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Chattisgarh, a state in India. So I have experience in making similar apps. Brief plan for this app:- There will be two sections in this app. One for the donor and other for the needer, donors will fill all their data at the time of registration and it will be recorded in a database. When someone needs blood he will enter the area and blood group and then he will get a list of donors satisfying it. Also e-mails will be sent to all the persons in the list and a message in the app, to which they may reply and confirm. Any additional feature that you wish to add will also be added.
