Android App - Uart Interface (lib provided) READ CAREFULLY

Need an app to being able to connect an android phone to our device that has an uart interface via a USB port. it will be something look like a Putty that can connect to our device. there are already many existing app for android that do that but we need to add a simple gui that can set few options and send it to our device. So here is some example: 1) the app can connect to our device 2) it has few options that can set on/off. such opt1 , opt2 , opt3 3) User can set on/off any of these opt to on/off 4) the user can then write these option to our device. 5) the user also can read back these option from our device. So this program has two part: the first part is like putty that can read/write to a device by a serial Uart IMPORTANT UPDATE : -------------------------------- I have the lib take care of all the read/write! We just need a gui to make the string from what the user want and send it over, rather than we type it the message lets say we want the sound to be low and light to be %65 . the message will be "sound Low; Light 65; " these value will come from your gui where the user will choose from SO I CAN NOT PAY MORE THAN $200 FOR THIS SMALL JOB@ ONLY BID IF YOU CAN DO IT FOR $200 OR ELSE DON'T WASTE YOUR OR MINE TIME!!
