Bookkeeping Service

less than 200 UK transaction p/m. I need a bookkeeping service to accept email about spending, invoices, receipts from me and using google docs sheet, tabulate the information (less than 10 fields). These then need to be reconciled at month end to bank, paypal and card statement. I want the service to do this too. Bid is for 1 month trial. If successful, a private bid / bonuses will be used for a 6 month agreeement.
