the project is going to be in E- learning strategies between two countries ( advance country and develop country).( Comparative research). I have a proposal but it is a master degree level. I need someone to revise and edit according to my tutor. it needs to be extended to be for phd level. I have done by myself but needs a professorial writer to do it in the professional style Here I posted my tutor comments and I will provide yo with the proposal in later on.
