asp.net classifieds

There are free classified scripts already available. I need someone to help me out with finding the best that suits my requirements and then populate the site for me. Or in case there is a valid reason to do this from scratch, please let me know. Please read carefully my requirements and then let me know It should allow me to list unlimited sub categories under categories, for different regions and again sub regions under different regions. The site should be very flexible and should be easily extendable. It should be modular that is extending the site should mean only adding additional modules to extend the functionality and previous code should be reusable. Administration area should be able to provide for dynmic tables..(adding additional fields from admin area) For example if i create a category called apartments i should be able to define fields like number of bedrooms, sector of the city, city, price, condition, . For a car the extra fields would be price, brand, model, AC, miles, year, etc. So we as administrators should be able to create extra fields for any category. So the admin area should provie for adding that kind of database flexibility. The data and content of the site should be available to other sites( as a web service, rss feeds etc .. this functionality is needed later but i'm just mentioning so that i am able to add that functionality later without any problem.)
