Creat a webpage

Hi to all bidder. I want to create and design a website and I want to out source the works. The details of my requirement are mention below. Functionalities: - 1. Domain Name Registration: -(I will provide you the domain name along with its user name and password) 2. Website Hosting: -(same) 3. Static web pages which gives information about stock market (like Working of stock market. It should be just like copy paste type. When ever I want to change any text I will just type it in WordPad then I will copy here in this page) 4. Article upload: - i. This is one of the sections of proposed site where visitors will get all the information about the required topics in this domain. ii. Admin will be able to write, edit, format and upload the articles and sub-articles. iii. Also some of the key words will be provided on the pages, which will help reader to search the related topics easily and quickly. iv. If it just like copy paste type page then I will appreciate most. I don’t know much about HTML, ASP and all. I will prefer the web site should be user friendly so that I can update any thing when ever it required, 5. Discussions / Forum: - i. This section will maintain the discussions between various clients. ii. New discussion topics can be added on the page. 6. Mailing system and mail ids: - i. There should be 1000 email id creating option having his mailbox and will be allowed to perform receiving and sending of mails. 7. Advertises: -Different file formats for advertisement. 8. Current Information: daily updates of sensex, gold, currencies as well as IPO 9. Home page: - 10. Contact Us: - 11. Members login: - Here I had written functionalities as per my knowledge. If u want different from this or want to add more, then also give me the details. I have mentioned all the details as per my requirement.
