3d shirt model

We are looking for a team or individual who can work with us to create some 3D Jersey designs. This is part of a bigger project. An example of work we like is [login to view URL] We would like to modify this to suit our requirements, for example, add 2 more collars and modify sleeves. We would like low poly export so it can be rendered over the web. If you have any other example which has the same quality as in the given link then please share.
