I tried to find an appropriate parameters for self-organizing map to solve this problem (e.g. learning rate). I contact MATLAB support and they said that Bayesian Optimization able to find these parameters but i have 0 knowleadge about this. Can you help me?

Altium project of simple 4-layer RFID board is 99% done. There are only 10 non-critical lines to route but the inner layers seem to have become corrupted and we cannot finish the layout. The job is to fix the Altium layout so it can be routed normally (should be very quick for an expert) and finish the routing. A Matlab Expert is needed to make a simple routing protocol between different mobile nodes in the network with the aim of implementing the MAC layer and physical layer. For physical layer there needs to be a connection between the BS and all the nodes, where the BS installs routing path for each node in the network. Once the route is installed on the source nodes, then the data packets of the source nodes is relayed by the other nodes in the routing path. The aim is to create an ad hoc network but with the difference that the routes are computed at the BS and installed to each node and then each node will communicate with the targeted destination using the MAC layer. The backbone of the network requires a rethink to allow for better failover, maximise performance, improve routing processes and load balancing. I am working on Omnet++ simulator - VIENS - SUMO. This simulator VEINS runs on Omnet++ and connected to SUMO via a traci. The simulator is fully integrated and running fine. I want to amend a section of that code where routing is implemented. It uses a default route algorithm DIJKSTRA and A* to choose the route to take. Dijkstra algorithm is based on the shortest distance, now I want to add another feature to compare other routes based on travel time when recomputing the route as well. I believe modifying only the Dijkstra algorithm where routing is done will do what I'm intending to achieve. This can be done in Veins or in Sumo.
