As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Commission-Based Sales Representative to join the team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our growth and success by spearheading the agency's outreach and sales efforts. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment and is passionate about sales and marketing. You will be responsible for the entire upfront outreach process, from researching and identifying potential clients to nurturing leads (reaching out), and eventually closing deals on sales meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in need of social media marketing services. - Implement organic email outreach strategies to engage with potential clients, introducing our agency and services. - Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and engagement, building relationships and moving prospects through the sales funnel. - Manage all aspects of the outreach and pre-sales process, including tracking and reporting on outreach efforts and outcomes. - Collaborate closely with me to ensure a smooth transition of warm leads for final closing. Compensation: This is a commission-only position, offering an average competitive rate of 20% per month of the first 3 months retainer per client signed. With the potential to onboard 3-5 clients a week, earnings can range from $500 to $1000 weekly, depending on the success of your outreach and lead conversion efforts. Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients through email. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously. - A self-motivated individual who thrives in a commission-based role and is committed to achieving sales goals. - Familiarity with the social media marketing industry and current trends is a plus.
