Copy Excel based VBA Model into C# Application + modifications

We have a Livestock-Herd Model which currently is realized in Excel through VB-Macros. It is a clever setup, however, algorithms are quite simple. Basically the model uses reproductive parameters of herds as input to calculate different future herd developments. A second output provides productivity parameters through the combination of herd-development and the availability and utilization of feed. See appendix for the core parts input/output1/output2. We wish to transfer the whole project into C# so it is independent from Excel and also provides enough "openness" for future development (create different versions with different complexity etc.) Database: File-Based as well as MySQL Connectivity should be made available. I will provide the new data-structure as MySQL Workbench Data-Diagram.
