Job Description: I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me manage incoming calls and emails, schedule events, and help me stay on top of all of my obligations. Your responsibilities: - Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs - Research using the Internet or other information databases - Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others - Travel planning and coordination - Email management - Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online - Must be accessible, online and on Elance Work View during agreed-upon office hours Your qualifications: - American Accent - Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred - Broadband Internet connection - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred

Hi , Good Day! I have seen your ad and find it interesting. My name is Pie and I'm 30. I specialize in Real Estate Transaction Coordination but apart from that, I am a General VA who can do admin jobs such as email tasks, lead generation, set appointments and general follow-ups that may include phone calls. I also have to add that my marketing skills go as far as Craigslist Postings, Blogging and other Social Media Sites. I work at home with steady connection of 2mbps speed, a suitable environment or an office space free from noise. I able to work 12 hours a day, since I am a stay-at-home mom. I was born and raised in America, so I have an American accent. English is my first (and only) language. I have an LTE internet connection so my internet speed and connection are both great. I can very easily multitask and meet deadlines. I am very observant and detail oriented, I like to make sure everything is perfectly done. I am currently working towards my degree in Business Administration so I am familiar with all of Microsoft Office and very proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point. I can type approximately 50 wpm.
