Hi there, I am not a developer so do not know all the lingo but I have a website from which I and another artist are selling a book and hope to add other products. I downloaded and installed Woocommerce and it is set up and taking orders, etc. Some people are having difficulty when adding their address taht it will not let them enter a default county. I also have ani issue in that I have Stripe express which is looking for 1099 tax forms, etc. but I am not based in the US and I really do not need Stripe express - it was just there by default. I am tired trying to solve both issues myself and wondered if someone could help and how much it would cost.

Users search the website by State/City when searching for listing. New listings are paid by price of County. Due to this database alternation, the default address field when creating a new listing needs to be replaced. I enjoy natural elements like leaves and flowers, street art, and creative design although I am open to any design that can really catch donors' eyes.
