There is no cpanel. The server is a linux VPS. The site is a custom PHP, Python Bottle, CSS web site. It's a small web site less than 500 MB. I have been told this could be issue with the design or view port. Either way, this is a small project with a small payout (budget). Must work with my budget, as I am a non profit christian company. We have small budgets.
