Key Project Requirements: - The primary data to be captured in this report is the response time for customer service tickets. - Zendesk provides an off-the-shelf measure for response time, however this is not accurate. We need to know at any given point in time how long on average, our customers are waiting for a response. This includes, open tickets. so the time needs to be recorded from last interaction as opposed to recording the response time when an update happens.
