My knowledge is limited on how to best implement it, and we have virtually zero computer programs to achieve what I need, aside from adobe pdf pro. I’ve spent a great deal of time trying to perfect what I’ve made, but issues keep popping up. So far I’ve made a pdf with fillable fields. It’s a Powerpoint that I converted to a pdf- so it’s something to look at, rather than form after form on the screen. I have it set to open full screen so they don’t see the tool bars and everything else in adobe.
