I am looking for a competent Python developer skilled in the CV2 library who can assist with image and video processing tasks related to my project. Specific tasks include: - Enhancing image quality. - Applying filters and effects to both images and videos. - Extracting frames from videos, rotating them 90 degrees and implementing a watermark into the pictures. Prior experience with web scraping, data analysis, and GUI development is advantageous but not a requirement.
