I am seeking a customer support support team to run my live chat on my Managed Wordpress Web hosting website. Initially, this will start quite small and build overtime as more customers come on board. I will need the team/team member to be available 24/7/365. This person will have direct access to another live chat with My wholesale web hosting company. Some technical Wordpress experience will be needed to understand the conversation however all changes will be done by the wholesale technical support team. Please read this brief before replying
