I'm a web developer and I know SSL certificates pretty well, but app certificates are new to me. Would you be able to advise on the type of certificate for a Windows System Service which will run in the background? I see has Comodo Code Signing, Comodo Individual Code Signing, Microsoft Authenticode Code Signing, and Windows 8 & 10 Code Signing.

I have a production web server with Bitnami on Amazon Linux running an NGINX webserver. I need someone to uninstall the Let's Encrypt certificates (which aren't installed properly), and install our Comodo SSL certificate. The web server is live in production. This means that it cannot have downtime of more than about 1-2 minutes. If needed, we can close the instance in AWS and you can set up that instance, and then we can switch the static IP across to the finished instance - but this may not be necessary.
