Youtube-dl-WebUI Customization - PHP and jQuery
My client wanted to customize this open source application so that videos could be previewed (a thumbnail) and more easily downloaded to the computer. I used jQuery and AJAX to perform all steps (generate video title and thumbnail, download video, and save to computer) without a page refresh. This project also required PHP customization to monitor the progress of the download.
