Google Chrome Extension for Timekeeping in Google Calendar

Our employees have their allocated (work-)time in a calendar of Google Calendar. After their workshift they have to confirm the worktime by clicking the corresponding calendar entry. Either the employee has to just confirm the worktime with a checkmark or add/reduce the allocated time (+/- 15min steps). If they modify the time like this the reason for the difference has to be entered. The data has to be saved in a HR system over a webservices. Processed calendar entries have to be marked - e.g. color change.
After several discussion with developers (and many disappointments regarding false price proposals) i decided to redefine the requirements:
This extension should be based on the https://github.com/manastungare/google-calendar-crx
- Similar settings page to select from the available calendars.
- List of all entries from the selected calendars (like google calendar crx)
- confirmation page for clicked calendar entry to confirm worktime
- if time has to be corrected employee can add/reduce allocated time (+/- 15 min steps) and has to add a description (reason of deviation)
- result has to be sent to webservice (employee name, (calendar id), allocated time (from/to), effective worktime (from/to), reason, main calendar id)
- the color of the calendar entry has to be changed to grey
