English/Spanish customer service needed
$2 USD / hour
We are looking for someone that has experience with customer service and that know Fluent Spanish and English. We are located in New Jersey, USA, so we need someone from 10am-5pm Monday to Friday. Some days we will ask you to work on Saturdays.
Responsibilities: Answer emails everyday Handle calls Resolve any issue with customer chat with customers update the website with current inventory test the site everyday that everything works fine Knows fluent English and Spanish
We use Zen car for our sites so it will be a Plus if you have any experience but if you don't we will train you for less than 3 hours so you learn how our systems works so you will be ready to start working with us.
