Parallel Viterbi encoder and decoder in Verilog (printed by C program)

Basically I need a parallel viterbi decoder using matrices multiplication in C ( C program prints the Verilog code depending on constants values).
I attached the project's details, it contains explanations for serial and parallel decoders. I'm currently working on serial decoder (I also attached it: [login to view URL]), so I need only the parallel decoder. The implementation has to be very simple ( for beginners) and documented well, so I can easily understand it.
