I am an owner builder about to embark on the project attached.

For stage one, I am looking for someone who can interpret the ground elevations and cross reference them accurately with house floor plans then generate a scaled 3d model in Revit. The model will be used to help visualise and understand the shape and feel of the house and landscaping, prior to it being built and subsequently (stage two of this project) be used for MEP in accordance with Australian standards and rendering; i.e.

Structural design & detail drawings

Electrical design & detail drawings

Air conditioning & plumbing detailed drawings

Realistic modern internal & external renderings.

Note, I do have the dwg files for the PDF drawings attached
