JS / Python Project Part 1

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Mac using Python. I have a small job to assist with two coding tasks. One is to assist in the finalisation of a JavaScript (p5 library) project which outputs imagery based on random generation. The second is to produce a system to classify and store these images and analyse them using tensorflow's out of the box vision library (python) This is in order to produce a rest API which can be used to effect the generation of images by biasing variables towards images with more up-votes. I can provide more detail to interested parties and some of the groundwork has been done already but I will need the advice and expertise of a professional to complete the project. This project will be split into two parts one for the image generation and voting system and a second for the reinforcement learning aspect. Many thanks.
