House, Architectural Drawing Needed ASAP

We are building a Two Story Colonial House in an Empty Lot, located at 86 Broad Street, East Hartford, CT. 06118.

I HAVE ALSO INCLUDED A PLOT SURVEY OF THE LAND AND WHERE THE HOUSE IS GOING TO BE ON THE PLOT ITSELF.

The house that use to be there, was a 40ft. Wide by 30ft. Long, 2 Family, Colonial house. One family on each floor.

We are now building a 45ft. Wide by 35ft. Wide house. Basement level is a full 45W x 35L, with cement walls of 1ft. thickness, 8ft. height, with slab floor, unfinished

The first floor is 8ft. tall, the second floor is 8ft. tall, the attic is 6ft. tall with three gable windows at the top of the roof

I have attached a full drawing of how I want each floor to be, the amount of doors and windows to be used. Both drawings are in adobe PDF and Microsoft word format.

Your job will be to complete the following, including converting my project into a floor plan

• Floor plan (how the house is laid out)

• Foundation plan with details (shows layout of walls, thickness of walls, depth of footing, other related details)

• Framing plan with details (size of framing members, walls, flooring, roof, any carrying beams, other related details)

• Elevations (show what the house will look like, type of siding, size of windows, energy calculations of windows)

• Plumbing plan (shows size of piping, fixtures)

• Electrical plan (show wiring schematic, fixtures, panel)

if you are not ready to start ASAP, please do not accept the job. PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH YOUR FULL BID PRICE ASAP, BECAUSE AS SOON AS I FIND SOMEONE, I WILL REMOVE THE JOB AND CLOSE OR DELETE EVERYONE ELSE.
