Contest Brief

I need this for an external high business signage that is used commercially for a food an shopping open center.

I need a very interesting eye-catching design to attract people to the commercial spot.
I'm seeking an experienced sign and logo designer to create a vintage/retro style signage for a strip (mall) commercial center in addition to apartments and offices. The logo should align with my brand identity and involve a symbol associated with my company.
The name is: SunSet
The preferred colors: Pink, turquoise tiffany, purple, yellow orange, and green. Any other colors you can be creative with and match with the purpose of the design and style are welcomed.
I would like to return the retro 70s and 80s signage design and colors.
The design should be clear and apparent day and night
I would like to include the sun and the palms in the sign and logo
Include a creative arrow in the design if possible

I am open for any design that can impress me with your creativity in your own ideas, design, and colors and it is not necessary to follow what I am suggesting.
