Write Match Simulation Algorithm (Stat based)

I am looking for a programmer who can write a code for me that simulates football matches (European football- Man United, Barcelona and all) based on stats of the players.

The simulation of the matches should be something like this-

1. Two Human player selects their team of 11 with the formation they wants.

2. Each player have certain attribute set which will define his game like

Rating in his position

*[1] Speed

*[2] Power

*[3] Jump Strength

*[4] Shot Strength

*[5] Passing Accuracy

*[6] Long Pass Accuracy

*[7] Shot Accuracy

*[8] Stamina

*[9] Risk of injury/Sturdiness

*[10] Goalkeeping

*[11] Defending

*[12] Left/Right Foot (0 is right, 1 is left, 2 is both)

And a couple of off-the-field factors like Happiness, Confidence, Form and Morale.

3. The algorithm simulates matches and comes out with the result- a team with better players will have a higher chance of winning. But that should not be always the case. Throw in some amount of randomness and unpredictability (luck, may be) so that some fine day, a lower team comes up with a surprise result against a big team.

Also, player's tactics like mentality (attacking, defending, balances) etc should also have weightage to decide the game.

It will be relevant to mention here that people with knowledge of football and interest in the game can do this job better. That being said, everyone is invited to quote for the same.

Please remember 2 things before you apply for this.

1. Your proposal should not be a copy and paste from your portfolio. Please specifically mention that you understand the game and the concept and how you intend to proceed. A small sample (not in code terms but plain text) will certainly be very helpful.

2. I intend to get it done as quickly as possible. So, its a request that only serious freelancers apply for this. I will finalize the person in a week and then you have to complete this in a definite time frame which you will provide.

Once you finalize the code, I will run a simulation by selecting few scenarios to check whether the game holds true in real world.
