Program for HK nike raffle

I'm looking for someone to build me a program for the raffle on HK [login to view URL]
I doubt that the system for Hk [login to view URL] is different from SNKRS? so there are no similar program available on the market at the moment.
I want to avoid enter all the information needed for the raffle every time but just saving all the data in the program for the first time i enter in the program. (eg. name, id card number, size, phone number, delivery address). So that i can enter all the raffle for all my accounts by maybe several clicks.
Not quite sure how it works, maintenance will be needed from time to time (period is negotiable). I'll pay for a lump sum price for the program and in addition to some bonus if the program works well by successfully winning on sneakers raffle.
