Need menu options:

• Program and activate CL3G

• Deactivate/activate Mobile Device

When the CL3G menu option is select a screen needs to display with the following requirements:

Fields included on the screen:

• Unit Number – text box that allows up to 50 characters

• SIM Number – text box that allows up to 50 characters

• Cell Phone ID - text box that allows 10 characters

• Kore Status – Read only text box

• Unit Status – Read only text box

Functionality:

1. The user scans a bar code on the CL3G into the ‘Unit Number’ field, this triggers a database lookup for the number scanned displaying the SIM # and Cell Phone ID field on the screen if it found.

2. If the lookup fails and no SIM # is found for the unit the user will scan the SIM # into the SIM Number field, this will trigger an API message call to Kore to active the SIM. After the message is sent and a response is returned from Kore the status of success or failed should display in the Kore Status field. If success the Cell Phone ID returned with the success message should display in the Cell Phone ID field.

3. If the active SIM fails there should be a retry button that allows the user to resend the message.

4. After successful activation of the SIM the should be a button ‘Program’ that triggers a program device text message to be sent to the device. When the message returns success or failure the status should display on the screen in a field called ‘Unit Status’. There should be a retry button that allows the text message to be resent to the device.

5. The screen should allow 20 devices to be scanned at a time.

6. A clear button should clear the screen and allow 20 new devices to be programmed.

When the Mobile Device option is selected a screen needs to display with the following requirements:

Fields included on the screen:

• Unit Number – text box that allows up to 50 characters

• Cell Phone ID – text box that allows 10 characters

• Unit Status – Read-only text box

Functionality:

1. The user scans a bar code on the unit into the ‘Unit Number’ field, this triggers a database lookup for the number scanned. If found the Cell Phone ID should display on the screen.

2. After the unit is found an API message should be sent to the vendor to deactivate the device. After a success is returned from the call an API activate message should be sent. On success of activation the status should display on the screen along with the Caller ID sent with the returned success message.

3. If either step fails a button should exist that allows the user to retry both the deactivation and activation.
