I need to get a web page designed for sales / services of a video game. The details behind the project are rather hard to explain so I would rather everyone take a look at the competition prior to making a bid. The links are listed below on the web page. The most important feature of this web page is that it needs to be able to do everything that the competitors do in a better, more efficient way. I have several requirements that must be met, such as a calendar, an events results, a "For Sale" section that I would like to take and process credit cards with by some form other then pay pal. Forums, and a simple "Create-Your-Own horse" forum where the buyer will enter data (roughly 25 items) and will be submitted to where I can pull it up later. I would also like to be included in this package is a template that can be easily modified to be used on Ebay auctions. All information must be EXTREAMLY USER FRIENDLY! I believe in using the same programmer over and over and over! So time in the industry is a very big plus! Please do not just post a link to your web site saying "We can do it?? The more information you supply with your bid the more I will consider you I do not have a host right now, so I am open to sugestions. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
