Convert current WordPress site to Genesis Framework Child Theme

Hi,
To qualify you must be a Genesis WordPress expert and must respond with the word genesis in all caps. The Genesis Framework is much better for SEO and I need to move all my posts (nearly 700) into their own post type. Will moving the posts to their own post type break my SEO? Please let me know if this is possible and apply for the job. Price can be negotiated, but I must see your resume and again, you must be a Genesis WordPress expert and must respond with the word genesis in all caps.
