Website Enhancement(repost)

I have a [website][1] that offers Testing. The complete test taking application was done in asp dot net and due to that the home page was turned into asp dot net as well.

Challenges that have cropped up are that the site does not open in any thing else then IE6.

So I want the home page to be redone in any language (asp dot net or php or html) but it needs to be search engine optimised.

Following will be the scope of work

A new template design (with css and all other quality standards employed) with following

The home page to be w3c compliant

flash movie implementation done with proper hyperlinks.

customers logo's to be picked up from a folder and shown in the banner

login to work as it is working at present

2 free tests on the web buttons

hyperl inks to other pages to start working

Phone numbers and other contact info prominently placed.

Logo change required HRDTESTS erstwhile known as Smart Hiring

While creating the template it is important that rest of the html pages (that are not being shown at this time but will be provided when asked for) will also look nice and appropriate.

I can also consider employing dotnetnuke or something similar if you can achieve all the above as that will provide me power to change the content from time to time.

I can consider a bonus for this or any other great idea that will make my life easier to aministrate the website.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
