Server based conversion of XPS file to PDF file

I need code (preferably in C#) to convert a XPS file into PDF file on a server. The conversion service should communicate to client via either SOAP or WCF. Client-side code is also required. Use of third-party controls is allowed. My client application will send an XPS file to the server and receive a link back to a PDF file located and saved on the server. The programming should be .NET based.
