Ticket Management System completion/enhancements(repost)

I use a hosted application called Autotask for time entry and billing of IT services. The web interface is slow, so I commissioned a program that allows me to enter tickets offline and post them when I have a network connection.
The program is 95% feature complete and has a handful of bugs. I would consider it very close to finished. All development code is provided
I’d like the project completed ??" I have a document of about 20 bug fixes and enhancements (attached).
I hope this will lead to additional work on the program, including:

## Deliverables
There will definitely be bugs not documented, but i spent a many hours going through the system and have (somewhat) successfully used it, so hopefully they are minimal.
I value providing me with a well-tested product and will award bonus accordingly.
