Mobile - Devices Basic Sub\Functions

I would give about 50 headers (more less) of some Subs and Functions, containing all the parameter types each one should contain.

The main purpose of this function\subs is primary:

+ DataBase Managment (connect, Add\Update, Delete, Query, Filling combos..., reports)

+ Display Format

+ Control Validation & Management

+ Printing & Exporting.

Everything should be done to work with any kind of database under ADO with only sending 1 parameter that specify the type of Database.

All the coding should be thinking in security apects that wouldn't produce problems.

The result is the develope of a kind of Library, that will be included in every new project that wants to use the functions included in it.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

Pocket PC (MUST)

PalmOS (really appreciated)

If you resolve both of them you probabbly are the one we are looking.

Remember that the developed library, must allow SQL.

If it affects the developping language, we prefer to have only Pocket PC.

Language could be:

Visual Basic

Visual Basic embedded

Not wanted, but the last option... MS Visual C

Could be any Free Language with good support. It will not be allowed to use Language that charge for a License or a Runtime, in the developing or Mobile platform.

## Deadline information

Must include a sample program done with this library created.

The code generated in this project is confidential, and can't be used\distributted partially or totally. No matter the purpose.

The code generated in the project needs to be well documented so it could be undestood.
