We have installed the A2 Asterisk billing system and require someone to skin it to match our web site [url removed, login to view] and have the ability to change the skin if need be.

I believe that the A2 system uses smarty tags but I am not familiar with this so the coder will need to research this.

The site must have a nice user interface and the ability for us to add extra links in later, along with a message system so that we can notify customers of outages etc.
