We require a drop down list to be incorporated in a single web page using PHP. This drop down list will provide users with a list of countries. They will select one, and this will select the section of code applicable to the country selected.

We have generated the list data and this attached at the top of file called ‘[url removed, login to view]’

Also in the ‘[url removed, login to view]’ is the code that varies according to selection ??" for each value returned.

The main page must not change in appearance.
