Need new layout for existing web page

[url removed, login to view] needs a makeover. i would like it to mimic, very closely, a layout similar (if not almost the same) as [url removed, login to view]
The complete deisgn and html pages need to be completed before christmas (dec 25). more details regarding the project will be provided below.
## Deliverables
general: only images that are required are the logo (the pink chef cartoon which I will provide a cleaner image of and the chef [Janine], and her signature image). the text should stay the same on each page. unless specified below, each page can contain images provided by the designer. the main color used should be pink. this shouldn't be overdone but it's the company color. the pink doesn't have to be as strong and bright as that on the background of the current site. it should be a warm inviting professional pink...one that coincides with the logo color.
navigation should be better on the menu page for each menu item. this should be changed there isn't 4 tabs
gallery can be modified using whatever pictures the designer sees fit
printable menu can stay as is
contact me should contain the following: contact form, name, phone, email facebook and twitter links. the format is up to the desinger
past events should be displayed better and match the new design
simply seasonal should be restructured in the following ways:
-there shouldn't be new popups windows for each season
-the picture display should be less complicated
the format and layout is up to the designer
