IPN PayPal program for WordPress

For integration in a WordPress plug-in, I need a PayPal IPN feature for subscription (recurring payment).

The program must save in a database table all the transactions received from Paypal.

According to the transaction called, the program must call some existing function they are already programmed.

Each transaction must also be sent by E-mail to a specific person.

Here are the already existing functions:

?Creation of the subscription wpb_createSubscription()

?Payment refund wpb_refund()

?Reception of a payment wpb_payment()

?Cancelation of a subscription wpb_cancelSubscription()

Those who are interested in that task will have to provide a little explanation on what they want to do, a list of information they want to save in the database and an estimation of the time it will take them to get that feature ready.
