This is not rocket science so should be simple enough for anybody who knows what they are doing. I need a perl MODULE and script tha does the following. Creates redirection links Redirects a browser This is a redirection manager (i.e. one url redirected to another) Detail A perl module needs to be created that can be called and passed a redirection URL, the perl module will then check to see if the URL is already in the database and if so return the local url URL. If the URL is not in the database then a new entry is added and the local url is returned. The returned result will then be used to create a file which will contain either a standard Meta-Refresh tag or a refresh in the header (this will be determined by the config) DUE TO SPACE LIMITATION OF THIS SITE I HAVE ATTACHED A FILE WITH THE FULL SPECIFICATION. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (Open source is fine).
