Upgrade Magento - 1.4.2 to 1.6.1

We need our live Magento store upgraded from version 1.4.2 to the latest stable version.
1. You will need to perform this upgrade on a test site or staging area. This can be on a subdomain of our server. This will ensure there is no interruption to our live store, and we can check and test the "Test Site" before approving it to be applied to the live site.
2. No pages are to be modified during this upgrade.
3. No data is to be lost, and in particular no new sales data will be lost from the time you begin to when you apply the upgrade to the live site. You must perform a backup of the live store before applying any changes.
4. Extensions and Addons - we have a number of extensions running on our store. The majority are paid extensions and are compatible with 1.6. You will need to ensure each extension is upgraded as well and fully functional. I will supply you with all the latest versions of the extensions to be used in the upgrade. I also have a new shipping extension to be added, and you will need to help put that on and get it working.
5. To be given this job, you MUST be experienced in Magento & especially upgrading it, and have many positive ratings about your work. Sorry, but if you have not completed any jobs on this site then we can't consider you at this time.
