In oscommerce change fckeditor for new ckeditor

An older oscommerce has fckeditor.

When creating or updating a product, it is seen in Firefox but only some IE browser versions.

We want it changed to the newer CKeditor so it can be seen in all browsers and as fck is no longer supported.

This should be a quick job.
