## Deliverables

**My project**

? The site will be an online managed VoIP system that will encompass multi-use features as outlined below:

?

1. On-line managed telephone system that works through a PC, similar to Skype in terms of online use, however the difference will be that you plug a regular telephone into your PC through the dial-up modem.? You will only be limited to the number of lines to be used on a PC by the number of modems you have on a tower. This setup is similar to a predictive dialer station (see [[url removed, login to view]][1]) The calls will be routed to the PC through a C Pane which is set up to identify the specific modem and which number it will be receiving calls from.? The general predictive dialers use a USB hookup where the phone itself has an IP address.? This is great for very large companies, but for smaller companies it is too cost intensive.? The use of a regular phone that plugs into the modem of your PC will make it much more affordable for companies not to mention less Tech issues.

?

1. The calls that come in will go to a queue and will be similar to a dialer station and be routed to the single modem or the group of modems that are connected to a phone.? Again, through the C Panel, this will be determined very much the same way as an email application where the calls go to all the recipients that are in the email group, however only one recipient will be able to connect to the call.? In addition, the user must have the availability to transfer the call to another station by putting the call on hold and typing/clicking on an interface to make the transfer. This is similar to <[url removed, login to view]> ? except this system requires special

?

1. The phones that are compatible with the system must be a generic phone that anyone can by at a store; no special phone systems will be required.

?

1. The system must be able to have a simultaneous ring feature that will allow a call that comes in to ring at multiple stations at once, call forwarding, call waiting, conference calling with up to 5 different numbers and call display.? There must also be a feature that will allow the users from within the network or outside to call in and key in a number to have a meeting.? This is similar to a conference call only there is no person calling all the parties that will be in the call,? the parties are required to call in and select a meeting ID, key in the password and have the meeting.? This is similar to <[url removed, login to view]>

?

1. An additional feature will be to have a voice broadcast where there can be a pre-recoded message either uploaded into the system or the person calls in and makes the recording, then goes online to make the recoding they just did be broadcast to the users they specify.? There must be a feature that will state the number of contact they will be calling that are in the list, they must be able to schedule the calling at a certain date and time, see the results of the calling specifying the number of calls that were made, how many were successful calls, how many and which numbers were not successful (the full contact details must be available for the calls that were made/not successful so the user can manage the data and remove number they wish to.? This is similar to <[url removed, login to view]>

?

1. As a plug in to this feature, the calls should have a feature that if someone wants to speak with a CSR, they will have that option at the end of the call if the user desires to set this up.? For example, if it were used for telemarketing, after the message has completed, the message that is recorded can say to speak to a CSR press “0??, to be removed from the calling list press “3??.? In this manner, the list can be automatically scrubbed for the DNC (do not call) list.? The people that select to be removed will be automatically removed from the system

?

1. As another plug in to the system, which can be implemented will be a system that will encompass online meeting so that the person holding the meeting can display their computer monitor on other parties stations after they log into the online meeting. This is nothing new, but to integrate it into this system will be a nice add on that will complete the phone system package. This is similar to? [[url removed, login to view]][2].? ?

?

1. The system MUST absolutely be a plug and play feature of CRM. This will be an absolute necessity.? When a call comes in, the CRM MUST be able to identify the party that is calling and bring up their account so that the CSR will have all the callers information right in front of them and not need to search for it.? In addition, the feature must work with other systems such as SalesForce.com.

?

During the testing stage, the calls will go through a local VoIP connection; I will need to make sure there are sufficient lines to handle the volume.? In this way, there can be a computer anywhere in the world hooked into the system and it will have any number I want to assign to it.? This will be very similar to a Vonage set up, but much easier to manage, especially when we are talking about off shore applications.

?

Most of the concepts if not all are already being used by other companies, however there is no one to my knowledge that has all the features together, which will make the system much more productive.? Not to mention I can offer the system in modules so if a company does not need all the features they do not need them but they can have the features they DO need.
