Regarding the header slider banner:
1. the green circles should always stay on top of the image sliding in under it as it goes from slide to slide (for some reason the images go over the green circle even though the layers are in the correct order)
2. the animation should end after the 4 slides. For some reason it does not. (code settings are set to stopLoop:"on" but not working
