We are looking for a coder to redesign and improve the functionality of [url removed, login to view], a website that showcases plays for young actors and audiences (e.g. schools, youth theatres, camps, church groups, etc). The current site has worked adequately for several years, but we believe it is now time for an improved look and much greater functionality as we seek to expand our organization. The new site should be simple but elegant in its design, with the coding as clean as possible. On the programming/functionality side, attached is a detailed file that describes our needs--we believe that Joomla would suit our needs, most likely with a Magento shopping cart (though we are open to other shopping cart possibilities). We would also recommend viewing the existing site at [url removed, login to view] to get an idea of where we are now. The ideal coder is efficient, has strong design ideas and communicates well in English. We worked with a coder previously who came up with a template we liked aesthetically, and he has given us the files (attached along with the bid specs), but we are open to other possibilities if a new coder has something even better.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform
The site runs in a shared Linux hosting environment at Bluehost.com. It will be updated primarily from computers running Windows XP and Vista, but may be updated using a Mac as well. We will usually be using Dreamweaver 2004 where applicable (or directly on the website in the case of the Admin area). The site should be viewable without problems on all major browsers (including but not limited to IE 6.0 or later, Firefox 2.0 or later, and Safari).
