vTiger Realtor Module PROTOTYPE

We are looking for a developer who is familiar with vtiger to add a protoype 'realtor' module. This isn't for use in a 'live' environment, more to genereate interest with our customers. If we can generate the right interest we will then go on to create a new project with a formal specification. At a basic level the prototype should: 1. Give a realtor the ability to enter details about real estate (houses), e.g. Number of bedrooms, Number of bathrooms, floor space, location, etc. 2. Give the realtor the ability to upload several images per property 3. Give the realtor the ability to link the listing with a vendor (the person selling the house) and multiple customers (people interested in buying the house). It's important that the module looks and feels like part of vtiger (v5). I will create an account with a hosting provider for you to install/setup/modify an installation of vtiger. This will be done at our cost. Important: The application does NOT have to be bug free or fully functional. It's just a protoype.
## Deliverables
1) Prototype of the application that can be used to demonstrate the various parts of the system and any source code that was modified and/or created.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
