Software Site Submission

This is a web research project, not a coding project.

On [[url removed, login to view]][1], I sell a piece of Windows software called "Cham-e-leon Data Map" . This software is written for the Windows 2000/XP platform.

I'm looking for a way to market this software, and I would like to do it on software archives, but I need a list of at least 100 popular shareware software archives where I can post it.

Please note that I am NOT looking for "script" archives, like [url removed, login to view] Those are generally for PHP/Perl/ASP/JSP scripts which run on web servers. I am looking for shareware archives - meaning, archives of desktop application software.

The archives that I would like to post to should allow for commercial scripts (should not be restricted to freeware), and it should be FREE to post my software to it. I do NOT want to pay any submission fees to post my software on these archives.

Thus, what I need from you is a LIST of 100 such archives. You do not have to post anything - just give me a list of the URLs.

BEWARE: The trick is - they have to be ones where we are not already marketed!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
