Tanning salon would like to do a website. Tahiti Tan is the name of the salon, would like to incorporate the name into the design.
Would prefer something CSS-based, just need the structure layed out for me, will fill in the content.
Would prefer to see examples of prior work before assigning the job. Need a design that's clean and efficient, but stylish as well.
Up for suggestions.. Can provide all relevant digital media (logos, etc.)

As long as the site design exudes elegance, I'll be happy. Whomever can provide a basic mockup that's satisfactory, I'll give the job.
In regard to what resolutions I'd like, I'd prefer it to be viewable in all resolutions -- from 800x600 and up.
We're a tanning salon with a day spa feel -- and that's what we'd like to present on the web as well.
I don't need a full-featured site with content in place. I plan on placing the content myself, I'll provide the desired menu options later today -- whomever can deliver a mockup that meet some or all of what I'm looking for, I'll be glad to grant the job.
Also, there will be many future design jobs similar to this one.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
